You arrive at the shop at 7am and say “good morning” to your fellow teammates. While you finish your cup of coffee, we have a quick chat about any issues that came up from yesterday’s jobs (if any) and make sure you’re clear on the duties set for today. You and your team prepare any tools and/or supplies you will need for the day and you’re off!

Depending on the day, you may be at a large job all day or you may hit multiple jobs. Utilizing small, paid breaks when needed, you will spend the day doing what you love! Once you have completed your work for the day, you will head back to the shop to unload any equipment, clean up, and head home.
